He has a thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations, experience in both Construction and Manufacturing safety, worked with Workers’ Compensation Insurers to minimize claim costs and has developed behavior-based safety awards program. William has a Masters of Science in Industrial Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
